Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). The van is pretty solid for a van. Seems to handle well and has a ton of space. The ability to lay the seats down to create room is great.
