We are planning a 6 month road trip from Florida to California and back. This will be the PERFECT vehicle to tow our trailer there and back.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

The adrian steel ladder storage system was an invaluable addition and provide ultra fast access and storage for large or small ladders, The rear cab shelf storage system also provided efficient and safe storage for tool and supply management.

We were shopping for a New 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid and found the PERFECT car for us. We then test drove the car and it had NO problems. The car was ship shape and we came in to buy it. The staff didn't rush us and we got a heck of a deal. The Simoniz was a great purchase and nothing has happened related to dealer problems. We went in for a backup camera repair and they were quick and easy to work with. The car has lasted us an amazing 1 year and we have had to do minimal repairs! Michael in the service department was great. However, I had to go to two appointments to get my jeep serviced for a recall. The first appointment did not work out because the person who made the appointment forgot to order the part. I took time off from work to go to that appointment. That is when I first met Michael. He explained to me the error and apologized. He said he would let me know when the part came in. He did follow through and my jeep was repaired yesterday. I also had an oil change. I think to make things right and to compensate me for the time I missed at work due to their error in not having the part for the first appointment, they should have did the oil change for free. They did not do that.

AWESOME Team!! Service to Sales. On our trip to Mt Baker with the entire family loaded for a full day on the mountain, our 2021 GMC Yukon XL AT4 broke down on i5. We snagged an Enterprise rental from down the street and left our GMC at Blade Chevy for repairs, this would be our first experience here, and will not be our last. Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.
