I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a couple of vehicles from Louisburg Ford, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had with any dealership. I've purchased a lot of Ford vehicles across the country for work, but this experience truly stood out. Our salesman, Jim Baker, was fantastic. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. What I appreciated most was how responsive he was—he always got back to me quickly, which is a huge plus when you're making an important purchase. Jim is one of the very few salespeople I've encountered who genuinely seemed interested in making sure I had the best experience. It may sound odd when talking about a car dealership, but Jim truly acted like he wanted to sell me a car, not just complete a transaction. His professionalism and customer-focused approach made a huge difference in my experience, and I will definitely be returning to Louisburg Ford in the future. Our food pantry uses vans to pick up and deliver food every day. We need a vehicle that has space, rides well, and has safety features included. This van has it all. We'll be sure to come back each time we need to replace another of our fleet.

I was driving by and saw a car that caught my eye. My problem was I had very little credit, having bought my previous used cars with cash. I picked both Matt and Jeff's brains as to how the whole process works, how certain things affect interest rates and odds of getting an auto loan. They spent a lot of time answering all my questions. As to the vehicle, I purchased a 2007 Acura TL Type S that was priced $2500 below NADA retail value (23% below value). I usually love the haggling process, but with a car priced almost a quarter below NADA retail value, I didn't even bother haggling. The price was MORE than fair and the car was in pristine condition. The buying process was EASY considering I'm self-employed and my taxes don't quite show all of my income, if you know what I mean. So it was a challenge for Matt to get me approved. He worked on it for an entire day, calling me to ask me for bank statements, tax returns, etc. He went to bat for me and was able to get me approved with a local credit union instead of some high interest, high risk lender. The interest rate he was able to get me was also pretty fair. Of course it's not 1.99%, but it wasn't 24% either. In fact, it was a lot closer to 1.99% than it was 24%. This was my first time dealing with them. In fact, I had never even heard of them. It was merely by chance that I was driving by and saw the car I wanted on their lot. But I would recommend them to anyone. They were personable, they were honest with me about my situation, but most of all I felt like they really cared and they really went to bat for me. Never did I feel like they were "sleazy used car salespeople" like I've felt at other lots. It felt like I was working with a friend or a neighbor.

My first Nissan , I converted it into a solar camper. 10 K no issues. Averaging 16.2 mpg 90% highway. Rides great , still feels solid .
