Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I puchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo in spring of 2019 for work travel. It is my first SUV and I needed the leg room. I really enjoy this vehicle I purchased from Cody Motor Company. Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

This vehicle drives very nice. I am normally a Chevy buyer but this Ford is very nice. I was never in the Ford dealership but they really treated me well

Dee is an amazing representation of what a car salesman should be. He went above and beyond getting me my 2012 Jeep Compass. Used cars are typically purchased as is. When I picked up my car the Pistons on the trunk were not working. Dee ordered me a new set of Pistons. When I picked up my car it had between a half a tank and a quarter of tank of gas. He filled my tank up before I went home. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle from a car dealership, typically I either go to an auto auction or someone gives me a car and I have always dreaded the entire Auto dealer interaction. This was by far one of the best interactions with another human being I have ever had in my life and if you know anybody in the Chattanooga area who needs a car, they should check Cody motors first

Making this a personal handicap van. Love the size and feel, not to big but big enough. Love it!! can’t wait till we do some traveling.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

The service employee Eric was absolutely fantastic he listened to my concerns and was very friendly and efficient! He called to let me know that my truck was ready!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

The Ronca's are amazing! Just walking into their lot it is a tell that they are a family, friendly bunch. Everything was super clean and you even met the whole family!(= I went into the lot clueless about cars and I had to find a new car because my current one was a death trap. Well, instead of just trying to sell me cars they let me lead the conversations about what I wanted and my fear of loans, and they were so patient and didn't pitch anything to me. They were super chill and they really knew their stuff. They would answer every single question I had and they would explain to me what would help me in the long run and how I can save money, etc. I bought a HUGE step up car compared to my first one and I am so thankful I did (99 Honda < 2011 Fusion Hybrid). It was SO cheap compared to other lot's asking prices and I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. Thank you for helping this struggling actor to find an awesome, gas saver for my acting travels. I am definitely recommending you guys to anyone I know who is looking for a car!

reliable van. after having the spark plug issue repaired and updated i have over 300k on the original engine and transmission and still in daily use.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I bought this 2500 van I have found it to be a great Vehicle, the Power of the engine to the cabin controls, gas mileage is great for me haven't had long but plans on wearing it out or being my vehicle to drive.

This is hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I’m older and bought my first new car in the early 1990’s and many more after that, and I can tell you our salesman Kenny was hands down the most responsive, knowledgeable and polite salesman we have ever dealt with. Shopping with your 17 year old son is about as fun as walking on hot coal for a few hours, so having Kenny to help us and answer more questions than we needed to was so reassuring. If I could give Kenny and thus dealership more than 5 stars I would. If you are looking for a dealership with “integrity” this is it, and again salesman Kenny was beyond exceptional.
