I was impressed with the level of professionalism/friendliness displayed by the staff and the vehicle inspections process which determines that I needed brakes pads.. after being notified of the needed maintenance I gave them permission to replace the pads

The two nicest guys I have ever dealt with on a used truck lot. Got there test drove truck and he said where we need to be to trade. I tell what I can do and he comes in way under on monthly payment. I will be back lot was running over with nice trucks. In and out in an hour done deal.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Shane Black is the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with. I absolutely felt no pressure in the buying process and he quickly provided the information to all the questions that I had. I purchased the truck from out of state and drove to get it. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was out within 30 minutes on my way back. Everyone was very pleasurable and knowledgeable. I ordered a truck bed and it came in after I picked up my truck. Shane drove and hand delivered it to me (out of state) on his off day. That speaks volume about his commitment to his customers. While this van isn’t perfect, needs a few minor repairs, it was exactly what I was looking for and at a good price. Anything much newer would have been out of my budget, good value for the money
