I've seen a few negative reviews about bait-n-switch tactics and pressure on purchasing extended warranties. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. The ability to negotiate is a powerful tool and both Martin and Evan were very respectful throughout the entire process. This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

Great Experience with Mark and Lana. As always when buying cars I go into the process skeptical but was very surprised that in this case that wasn't necessary. Fair deal on the car. Process was quick and efficient. The most important thing to me is that even thought the car report didn't show damage they had been informed by the auction that there had been a body repair. If was an extra step that they didn't need to expose to me that they did. Very happy with that professionalism .

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I dealt with the three other dealerships in the Moreno / Riverside/ Redlands area before calling and then going to Fritts Ford. Redlands / Ken Grody said they had an appointment in three weeks ... Three Weeks! just to look at it. I double checked that offer with service to make sure I did not misunderstand. Other dealerships close by said they would take three days just to look at it. Then maybe tell me how much longer to fix it. Fritts Ford assessed it the next day and had it fixed in two days .. maybe specific to my issue, but still fantastic ... Not "Maybe we'll get back to you in three days then see how long to fix it" or "We'll see you in three weeks ... A and then we'll get back to you." When I offered to drop it off the day they would look at it they said that would just delay looking at it another 3-4 days. What?! The other dealerships were so disappointing on all fronts. I found a new dealership. Thanks Team Fritts. I'll be back.

I have had the worst experience with money hungry car dealerships and being here was a breath of fresh air I would come back over and over for the quality of the experience and information they were able to provide. they worked with my situation and gave me options and were not pushy! The truck has enough room for a family of five. Also, truck performed great during the recent snow storms we experienced in Oklahoma. 4 wheel drive is a must in Oklahoma.

They were delightful and easy, I made an appointment and when I showed up they had the car (an EV) fully charged and parked out front. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and it’s pretty clear that the whole business is family-owned and not, like, corporate? I ended up getting the cheapest price on a lovely car, and they gave me some cappuccino and a Rockstar while we waited for the paperwork to go through (8% APR, but that’s the reality of a used car dealership). Side note: they pack a ton of cars into a small room, which means if you don’t call ahead, your car will definitely be septuple-parked, at minimum. Good place, though

Chris was sales guy and very pleasant and straightforward. Didn't like dealership policies of forced add ons that made the price not affordable anymore. They advertise a low price and then add another $2-3K. feels wrong to me. wouldn't buy from them.
