Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Pleasant experience. I was with her, but my 18 year old daughter was actually doing the buying. The salesman "Will" treated her like any older customer, asking what she was looking for and listening to her. He did take the time to explain to her things about financing that most 18 year old people would not know. I was glad to see them talking to her and not to me (Dad). They were able to get her financing for here very nice, pre-owned car. The interest rated of course was a bit high, but I told her to build her credit for another year or so and refinance for a better rate. Unlike some other dealers, I was able to negotiate a bit on price, but it was the best price within 200 miles on that vehicle. I drove almost 2 hours to get there, but felt it was well worth it. I'd recommend them to my friends.

I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for.
