I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

I found my dream car online, came to the dealership at 5 pm and drove out after 7 pm with my new Mazda! Heading north on I 95 at the end of a 3-week Florida vacation from Maine. Heard a noise, saw the temp gauge begin to rise, pulled off at the I 295 split. Hit the first exit and found the Circle K, asked for directions to a Ford dealership. Half mile late I'm parked in the service center at Auto Nation. Long story short, I traded my 2016 F-150 with what turns out to be an $8,000 engine damage issue, for a 2023 F-150, three hours later. We home in Maine now, and thrilled to have had the good fortune to find this outfit. Thank you to Rini Schepen and Jeff (Jimmy) Cowley for making a traumatic experience into a smooth and satisfying experience. Next time I need a new truck, I'm driving from Maine to Florida and asking for Rini.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

I just had my 2021 CamaroR/S Riverside blue drivers side panels replaced and even though it took A little bit longer than usual to repair I feel like it was worth the wait. My car was repaired exactly the way I thought it would be repaired and expected it to be repaired. I was impressed with the fact that the car looked as good as it did the day I bought it from the dealership and the paint job matched really good for a 2021 camaro. Bradley and the guys were very professional and did a great job explaining to me how they were going to repair the car and told me after they were done the car would look as good as it did the day I bought it or very close to it. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
