Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Chris Brannon and the guys at Alexander Ford was a great sales team. No hassle buying and very straight forward. Went to look at used trucks but came away with a new F150. This is our 2nd car from the folks at Alexander. We first had a Mazda and this time we went with a Ford. Chris and Steven are very down to earth people who treat others how they want to be treated. There was no high pressure- just good info and good prices. They really do mean it when they say there are no dealer add-on costs. Just tax and title. I would highly recommend this group to anyone.

I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I was very satisfied. They do not harass you, or try to pressure you, the staff was very friendly, they had a huge variety of very clean and beautiful cars of high quality. They gave me top dollar for my trade in. The buying process was fast and easy.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. The experience in birmingham was horrible, but we contacted Lowery to see if the vehicle that she liked was still available, it was so we drove to Boaz to check it out, Carmela helped us and she was amazing and so friendly. Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

On Time Service- I had a 9am appointment for the first Service on my 2023 Silverado- the truck went in on time and I was leaving the dealership at 9:30am with my service work being completed- That is what I call good service- they don't leave you sitting in the waiting room - the service gets completed and out the door you go.

Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.
