I own a 2015 and I think it's an excellent vehicle, The heat and Air conditioning works great. I like that the side mirrors defrost automatically I think that's a great feature in the winter. I've never had an issue with the engine it runs fantastic and goes forever on a tank of gas. 25 combined mpg

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

On the 125 mile trip home from buying this used passenger van, it was pleasantly uneventful. Bonus...according to the onboard mpg display, when I arrived home, it shows 19.8mpg, with only me in it, cruise set at 70mph on highway, very little a/c used. Even if it is as optimistic as other OEM calculators I've noticed in past vehicles even 18mpg is not bad considering 6.0 V8, 9 Captain's chairs, full interior, carpet, etc. ~6200 lbs AND the first 50 miles, were in mountains and foothills!

Tons of room , plenty power , very fancy and high tech for a truck worth every dollar and look very nice on the outside
