My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

My husband and I were interested in a 2017 ford escape contacted Ford of Latham spoke with James in sales liked the vehicle but we’re informed it was sold! Upon our disappointment we spoke with Anthony Gallo sales manager he went above and beyond to get us in another Ford Escape! Which we ended up leasing a 2022 Ford Escape! I am very happy and pleased with the new vehicle! The entire staff we dealt with were helpful, courteous and very accommodating! James, Anthony, Alex and Felix were all very helpful and kind! This vehicle had everything I wanted, but one draw back it had been used to pull a 5th wheel so there were wholes in the bed.

Our buying experience was Excellent! We expected the same nonchalance, bordering on disinterested attitude we’d been receiving while truck searching. Made the car buying experience something I was able to deal with. I hate the "car buying" games from most dealerships and Mark the owner does not do that. He shot straight from the start. Car we bought had a minor issue after getting it home and he quickly fixed it, no questions asked. Quality cars and would go back and buy again.

Was looking for a newer Suburban with low miles. I saw Mark had one. I emailed him he got right back to me. I test drove it on black Friday he offered me a fair trade for my older suburban with 100+ miles on it. Everything about the car buying experience was so easy. Mark took care of all the DMV stuff and inspection. I drove it off the lot the following Friday. Love the new Suburban! Will definitely go back

Comfortable for short periods. Very reliable. No problems in 3 years. Strong ac. Great cargo space. Good stock stereo. Strong motor and transmission. My only complaints are minor like no tilt steering wheel and no pin on passenger seat lever for tilt down ( the lever keeps falling off so I glued it on). Other than that this is a great cargo van and would highly recommend.

Great work van, smooth, lots of power, fully loaded with Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, power mirrors, audio controls on steering wheel! 6.0 V8 engine, lots of room in the Cab and Cargo area! Good looking van!

My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Nick was extremely accommodating and available through the entire process. I would highly recommend Marchese Ford and especially Nick! He's young and relatively new to the business but knowledgeable and professional beyond his years.

Van is roomey and reliable. But doors do not fit well and the vehicle didn't come with a jack. It does have a spare tire but no jack

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.
