I purchased my Subaru at DCH Subaru in Riverside, California. In addition to an excellent purchase experience, I have had excellent service from this dealership each time I've brought the car in for routine service. However, the last time I took my car in for service in January 2025, my service experience was more than excellent. My service representative, Noah, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, but went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was he courteous, but he was kind, patient, listened carefully to me, and helped me to resolve some car computer issues related to my vehicle's Navigation system. I also had a problem with connecting a new cell phone to the vehicle. If he could not resolve the problem himself, he called the appropriate tech and sales persons to help. Everything was resolved satisfactorily, but I want to take the time to applaud Noah. We often complain when something goes wrong, but not often enough recognize when a customer service representative does something right or above and beyond their jobs. Kudos to Noah at DCH Subaru and kudos to DCH Subaru for hiring such excellent staff!! Thank you to both.

Even though I didn’t purchase new or used they were very helpful in my search I told them what I was looking for and they provided me with a very substantial group of vehicles. I’ll be sure to head on back when I do decide on buying a new car!!

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I had purchased my first company truck here at Don's about a year ago in 2022 and it was definitely the easiest car purchase I've ever made from any dealership. That vehicle(2017 Silverado) was purchased for my business since purchasing a new truck was out of the question with all the dealerships mark ups. That first vehicle has been my work horse and thankfully it has performed as they said, no issues. When it came time to purchase another truck, I didn't think twice about visiting Don's before any other dealer since they handle good used quality trucks. I was able to get a great deal on a 2018 Silverado. Travis was so up front and transparent about the price and where the vehicle came from. There was a small concern with the vehicle's battery age, but he did not hesitate to swap out and make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again for the amazing service Travis. Relands Ford dealership is the best. IVY served me and I am not gonna lie to you she has the best customer service ever. She is very calm to listen to you and does not rush you to anything. She gave me the best deal to trade in my Ford transit van 2017. I don't even know how to thank her. I highly recommend Redlands Ford. Even the other staff are very helpful.

They look like they have a good selection of pickup trucks and clean conditions and reasonable prices and it looks like they have basic pickup trucks and sturdy and healthy.

I thought I would never own a car again, but they were able to make it a reality. I was nervous because of past experiences but they were patient. The car is in beautiful condition, has the proper tires, a spare tire, all of which I did not receive from a dealer years ago. I went to the dealership over the weekend, after checking the website and calling to make sure the truck was still available. I arrived during a busy time and my time at the dealership felt very comfortable. The truck was in good shape. About an hour later, i drove off the lot with a full tank a gas and a washed truck. i never felt pressured and the atmosphere was very friendly.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Excellently designed, Inside it has the right space for the right purpose. Outside it has a nice appearance. Safe while driving, but has a degree of uncertainty while backing up in parking lots. The gas fill up door is sensitive at the gas station attendants handling it. Preferably to be used on smooth roads. On rough roads its suspension is too rigid and also the transmission and engine oil pens are low at a high risk to be damaged.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

My wife and I bought a 34 foot Class A RV from this company. The vehicle description was accurate and contained not only photos but walk-around video of the vehicle. We had an excellent idea of what we were buying from 3000 miles away. Mike worked with us to arrange delivery out of state, meeting us at the airport. The vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition, requiring nothing more than stocking with groceries to make it ready for the week long shakedown cruise that we embarked upon the very next day. At the end of this trip, we were pleased to have encountered absolutely no problems. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with A Buyer's Choice again.
