I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. I went to the SouthBay dealership on Friday after work. Charlie was very helpful and transparent in their pricing. Charlie doesn’t waste your time and he’ll work with you in getting a fair price. I didn’t feel forced in purchasing the vehicle and I was able to test both the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6. The entire staff there is friendly and they thoroughly explained their answers to my questions. Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

This vehicle met all my needs. The front was very comfortable for the driver and a passenger. The back is totally awesome. Fits 13 people VERY COMFORTABLY! There is mood lighting n the back, USB ports, 2 TVs, AC/DC power. Pretty much everything you need.
