Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!

Purchase two vehicles from here, one originally became a trade in which made they made the process very smooth. I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Autobahn Motors. Our salesman, Mike Nazari, was absolutely the best! He sent me background information on the car before I arrived, had the car ready for me to see and showed us several alternatives upon my request. The dealership has so many cars on the lot it would be hard not to find what you are looking for at Autobahn Motors. We ended up buying the original car we had selected. Mike made the entire process very easy and followed up with us several times after we returned home just to make sure things were going OK. Overall, it was a great experience.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. I trust them to keep my Escape as safe, reliable and roadworthy as it was when it was new.

I love how you can fit kids in the back such good leg room can have over 56 12year old, well since average 12 year is 66lbs-130lbs it can fit 56

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.

I purchased my 15 passenger for my daycare and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The kids loved going in field trips and it was the perfect size for all of us with a couple added parents. I would recommend this vehicle!

I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems. Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.

Doing the type work that I perform the van was an excellent choice, able to carry repair parts on board which decreased my time at job sites and less hardware stops.

I leased a 17 VW Jetta! I was amazed by the lease special they had, usually when something is to good to be true it isn't, but in this case it was exactly what Ii saw online! Abby was very helpful and a delight to work with. I will definitely come back and buy another car once my lease is up.

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.
