One of the best purchasing a new car experience ever. Dakota was very kind and authentic with him selling me this new car. He's a good man to work with even when your nervous like me and didn't expect the unexpected.

This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.

I NEEDED AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS GIVEN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT HAVE AND APPOINTMENT. THERE WERE OTHER MECHANICAL ITEMS THAT HAD TO BE ORDERED FOR MY 2018 CHEVY TRAX AND I WAS ADVISED THAT I NEEDED NEW TIRES!

My wife and I travelled from Arlington, TN (about 200 miles) to get the Certified Preowned CX-9 we wanted. Chloe was superb at answering all of our questions about the vehicle and the purchase itself. The process could not have gone more smoothly, and we are delighted with our CX-9. Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

The whole process was very quick, to the point and just felt right. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We drove over 2 hours away to do business here and look forward to future purchases.

This is a REALLY late review lol but i just want to say I LOVE this small dealership. I got the car I’ve always wanted from here. I bought my lovely all white 2013 Honda Civic back in October 2020 and its still treating me well till this day! They work with you to fit your needs and budget. I was doubting myself, thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get the car since it was my first time buying a car on my own, and been turned down by every car dealership...but they worked with me and i was rolling out with my new car in minutes! I truly recommend this place!

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

This place is very friendly, everyone is so nice, it’s also clean and has great cars. I’m especially impressed by John . Not only did he stay after hours to help me know all the features and cars but he displayed the best customer service I’ve ever had. He deserves a raise or promotion! If I could give you all 10 stars I would, I highly recommend coming here!

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! Both always called me back, never dodged my questions, and were completely honest with me. They are the kinds of men who value their customers. Go see them if you want to be taken care of. I had an amazing experience with Parks Collision Center & Body Shop after someone rear-ended me. From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier. Bubba Spears, the shop manager, went above and beyond to take care of everything. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of. When I picked it up, I was blown away?not only was my bumper repaired perfectly, but they had cleaned my car too! It felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle. The care and attention to detail from Bubba and his team really stood out. I?m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you?re ever in need of body work, I can?t recommend them enough. Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

Went in looking for a quality car that wouldn’t break the budget and found exactly that. A 2016 Toyota Camry. Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

These two dudes are stellarly smooth and kind. I can’t say that I’ve ever had such remarkable care in a CAR Sale. EVERYONE knows buying cars is the worst, especially for women!!! Not to mention the continued service dept dependability! I prefer to drive 30 minutes for service than to wheel around the corner (literally). I live that close to a Genesis dealership.
