2017 RAM ProMaster 1500 review
163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

Paul Sherry worked to try and fix all issues some were not able to be completed due to warranty issues. I did a 6.7 Cummins for ever download in 2024 and thought my warranty would cover the EGR cooler but they would not cover due to my truck was a 2018 and not a 2019. With that being said the EGR cooler is still part of the emissions system per the EPA and I believe after doing the Cummins for ever download they should honor that in the warranty. I know it’s not Paul Sherry’s fault but it’s not fair to the consumer!

I contacted them through their web site on a Saturday and Max replied immediately, and not with the standard pre-scripted automated reply from an inquiry. He answered my questions, provided a full walk around video and all the details of the truck. I was impressed with his integrity and communication throughout the process. After working out the transaction, I drove the 3 hours to pick up the new (to me) truck and everything was as described. He made the transaction easy, low stress and enjoyable. 3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

2017 Ford Transit-350 review

2015 Ford Transit Connect review
I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.
