Sport Chevrolet CadillacReviews
Sport Chevrolet Cadillac review
Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. I know this sounds like a review written by the company but I assure you this is a real customer with a real experience.

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.

Hi Zane and Team, I wanted to send a quick note to say thank you for the fantastic service on my vehicle recently. Your team was prompt, helpful professional, and kept me clearly informed throughout the process. It's a huge relief to have a trustworthy garage, and I will definitely be back for future maintenance. There’s no reason to go elsewhere! Best regards, Mark

American Dream MotorsReviews
2014 RAM ProMaster 3500 review
I own two 2014 Ram Promasters. We use both for expedited freight, and we drive well over 100,000 per year. For my money, these are simply the best vans you can buy. Of the competition (Transit, Sprinter) they are the cheapest, by far the best in snow (FWD, no need for snow tires) and get the best mileage (20+ in summer, 18s in winter). Like all vans, resist the temptation to get the diesel - you won't save anything in fuel and when they break you are deeply screwed. After 3 years, I have 370k on one Promaster and 330k on the second. The Pentastar 3.6 is in every Chrysler, and generally it's durable, simple, and trouble free. The trans (contrary to what you've heard) has been in production since 2003 and is also in lots of Chryslers, and is basically bulletproof. The only fatal flaw with the engine is a valve problem that shows up around 150k. For me, it was more cost effective to replace the engine than to replace the head, but the good news is that junkyard engines are $1500 for one with less than 40k, and I changed it myself without too much trouble. Take the grill off, and these are easier to work on than a 60s car. If you did need a trans, they are also $1500 and a day's work to swap out. I did need a new engine in one van, but the other is at 370k and hasn't needed a thing, except an alternator. For towing get the Ford, but payload (4000+) and spacewise the PM wins. Tip: the 1500,2500,and 3500 PMs are identical, it is literally just the badge on the side. Same springs, same drivetrain, same cooling. So overall, I would have zero fear of buying another PM, miles are less important than you think.

Bob Johnson Used review
One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
