Excellent service experience at Germain ford of beavercreek. My service advisor (Katlin) was very knowledgeable and very helpful in the process of solving my problem on my 24 f-350. I didnt get the opportunity to meet the technician that performed my repairs but im definitely pleased with the work he performed on my truck. Cant hardly tell it had been touched. Will most definitely use germain in the future.

I worked with Stephanie the internet sales manager via there website chat on Friday 4/21/2023. I was helping my sister Carol find a 2023 Buick Encore GX and Stephanie confirmed they had the one I inquired about and let Tom Spears know my sister and I would be coming in to look at the car from Cincinnati on Saturday morning. I came in looking for a car not entirely knowing what I wanted, a nice young man named Ryan Stoll helped find exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for. Such a knowledgeable man.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.
