We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

If I could give 6 star I would. For my first time buying a car everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Shout out to Rony who helped me buy my car and answer all my questions. From the minute I walked in the door I was offered water, snacks and coffee. Since I was there during lunch they even gave me a plate of chicken! I previously had visited a different dealership who tried to bait and switch me, offering me a terrible deal and not honoring the sale prices listed on their website and over the phone. None of that happened here at Crystal Lake. The price listed over the phone was the price I received and they offered me a great rate on financing. During the test drive Rony was kind and showed me the different features of the car I was buying. During my time there they sold about 10 cars, which isn't surprising considering the kindness and the good prices they offered.
