Got the car I wanted at a decent price. No markups. Got close to what I wanted for my trade in. Service was okay. Finance guy pushed extended warranty hard but we still rejected it. Overall not a bad experience.

I had an amazing experience buying a pre-owned car from Zee Motors! Alex was incredibly friendly and gave me all the time and privacy I needed to thoroughly examine and test drive the car. He was straightforward and clear throughout the entire process. The car itself was in excellent condition after some minor maintenance, and it felt like brand new. Great cargo van. the V6 engine is powerful. Drives smooth, quiet, comfortable. Good looking exterior. Cons: - Gas mileage too low: only 15MPG on hwy, 9MPG in city (not posted anywhere.) - No glass window on sliding door, which is really needed for right side view. - Dashboard is a little too high, while driver seat can't raise. - No exterior colors to choose, but white only, for NV1500 & 2500, like shown in brochure. Other than these, I like the van a lot after driving more than 1000 miles.

Because I'm located clear across the country, the very specific vehicle I had in mind sold before I was able to get my end arranged. I'm writing this review because Cindy Huerta, the sales person I dealt with was very kind and helpful! She was always very quick to reply by text with pictures, videos, and answers to all my questions. She is quite the ambassador for this Chevrolet dealership! Thank you Cindy.
