I just purchased a new 2026 Bronco from AutoNation Ford Tustin and I had an absolutely incredible experience. I had been car shopping for a while and had visited 3 other dealerships. I found the other dealers (Norm Reeves) to be pushy, not eager to help, and a pain to deal with. But at Ford Tustin it was the total opposite. My sales person Vlad was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. He ran through so many different scenarios, questions, and details. He was happy to answer all my questions and help me put together a plan that worked for me. He wasn’t pushy…instead he offered suggestions and listened to my concerns. His expertise really shined throughout the entire process. My positive experience continued with Roberto, the finance manager. He patiently walked me through my financing options and paperwork. He asked thoughtful questions and made the signing process smooth. Coming from a sales background myself, I’m pretty picky with other sales people. I can confidently say these guys did a fantastic job from start to finish and they certainly earned my trust. Vlad even took the time to follow up a week after my purchase to see how I liked the Bronco!!!!!!! If you visit make sure to ask for Vlad and Roberto, they are all stars! DJ was my service representative and he is amazing. He reviewed with me what services my car has had and what was needed. He took time to show me that my tires were in the yellow zone and gave me a great deal on new tires since we were driving my car to Colorado to give to my granddaughter. I have used AutoNation for many years and have never been disappointed.

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.

This vehicle met my needs. I needed a vehicle that I could get my Labradoodle in easy and it is. You can even takes the back seats out to make more room. I do wish that it got better gas mileage.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Both he and Stephen are always so patient and kind and I never feel rushed by them! I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price!
