We recently stopped in at Greentree to test drive a Highlander (I was getting a company car). Coach Pete showed us around and took us on a test drive. He was extremely thorough and well versed on the Highlander. This provided us the confidence that the Highlander was the right choice for us. Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
