3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

We were in the market for a car and came across what looked like a great deal at Walt Sweeney Ford on cars.com. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Brett Jostworth. We made arrangements to come in on Saturday. Took the car for a drive, made a minor request on the interior and bought the car the next day. The reason we made the decision so quickly was Brett. Brought my car in for tire rotation, cabin air filter and to have my brakes checked due to a grinding sound. Marshall and his team inspected everything on the car for me and stated that the brakes were fine and it was probably some surface rust from the wet weather. It’s nice having a dealer that I feel like I can trust to be honest.
