After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

Sage Brown is awesome!! As is Winner Ford. I can't say enough good about this car dealer. Our salesman, Sage Brown, whom I recommend highly, did a wonderful job at finding the vehicle that fit our needs. Between Sage and Joe Hozalski (sales manager), the deal that was made for us was totally unbelievable. It's not often that you go into a car dealer and don't second guess yourself, i.e... did I get the best deal, could I have gotten the car cheaper at another dealership, not so here. Please know that we did get the best deal possible. Total transparency is how we were handled and when that occurs there is no second guessing. Also, as we are 2 disabled seniors we are often targeted by salesman. I encourage my fellow senior citizens go to Winner Ford. You will not be disappointed.

Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I can't ever say I had a better experience at your dealership. The best experience is your salesman Joe LaMantia, treated my wife and I like family . He suggested upgrading our vehicle, (yes cost more) but, he convinced my wife who is usually very hard to move from her set ways for the higher package. I was amazed. I would, if we get another Lincoln, call one person and that would be Joe. Hopefully he will be there in 39 months and if not we would find ,where he went and buy from him. There was no gamesmanship and half-truths, just people who wanted to get me into the new car that I most wanted to buy. Fast, friendly service.Fully explained the whole process and made it easy.I drove for hours to New Jersey to look at a couple lemons only to find a great deal 45 minutes from home at CarMax Easton.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.
