Darrin the Maintenance advisor did an awsome job grèeting and keeping his customers informed about the progress of there cars. During my total wait time he seemed to be the only active Maintenance advisor checking in customers. Due to his professionalism I will return to this dealership again.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Salesperson, was great but I wish Sales Manager would have stayed at 850-900 a month my payment was close to 1,000. The car I went with I didn’t drive the first day I drove another vehicle. I did test drive the vehicle on my take home vehicle day.I had a trade in but I was not offered that option.

Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I wish I had purchased only Nissans years ago and had the vehicles serviced at this dealership which is VERY organized rather than experience headaches at other dealerships. From now on, I am only purchasing Nissans and will take them to this dealership.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

I drove a '99 Silverado Standard Cab 6 cyl for 24 years & decided it was time. I flirted with Ram & Tundra but when it came down to it, I've got Chevy in my blood & found what I think is a special vehicle. I'm still learning, lots of buttons, bells & whistles but think I'm gonna love this truck. It's big, real big, you have to plan for some driving/parking experiences ahead of time because it can't do what a single cab did. Would have preferred the 5.3 but ended up with a 6.2 but wow, power on demand, this baby moves. No need to worry about passing granny anymore.

Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. I haven't owned a 4 cylinder in a long time. I had a turbo 5 Volvo, a 6 cylinder accord, and a Mercedes c300 6 as my last three cars, then before that I owned a last model year RSX (2006, I wouldn't count the new ones) for a long time so that's the closest comparison to this. I think the RSX felt a bit more sporty (I didn't have the Type S), but as for power they're a pretty close match, and I bet the Mazda 3 would smoke it off the line with it's torque heavy engine. I think the RSX looked more sporty too, it had probably a more mature styling to it that I appreciate now even more than I did when I owned one, but I will say every time I look at my Mazda 3 I like it more and more. I've seen a thousand of these on the road and never had a strong opinion on them, but my girl in red keeps growing on me, and when I take the dog out for walks I circle the car and look it over and understand it more and more. I have a 2018 fully loaded GT, and the interior is mostly it's strongest positive. The facelifted w204 is easily the nicest looking interior I've ever been in, and the accord maybe the most comfortable, but this is incredibly close to the accord in terms of comfort and only lacking in slightly worse seats and less room. The seats are great though, but the 2012 accords were some of the best I've say in. The fake leather has a great balance of firm and give to it, and what's even better is the whole interior is wrapped in a similar nice synthetic material that's a joy to be wrapped in. I've never owned a car where my arms are supported on both sides in such a comfortable manner. I'm 6'1 so I keep my seat low but I feel like I have a good deal of room, in fact, I test drove a 2023 (gen 4) Mazda 3 that was an incredible price, about $800 off from my 2018 and even less miles but the new interior design is nowhere close to as good as what we get in the gen 3. You have almost no room to spread your legs out in the newer models and that's a deal breaker for me. The one major weakness of the 2018's interior is the tablet on top of the dash looks hideous. I think I mentioned earlier my model is fully loaded, and I mean it. But what's that mean, a premium sound system, some exterior trim pieces tacked on? Nope, here we have some genuinely cool features. Adaptive headlights that turn with the wheel, a heads up display that's projected on a piece of clear plastic that raises up when you start the engine and can show speed, road signs, blind spot info, next GPS heading, etc. We have automatic windshield wipers, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, a great Bose sound system, paddle shifters. My car has more bells and whistles than my wife's high trim 2023 Tuscon. I really love my little Mazda, and I'm hoping to take it down some back roads to see if I can enjoy the driving part as much as some others do, as I've mostly spent time on the highway or in stop and go so far. This was a purchase I was unsure of 3 days ago when I made it, but every couple waking hours something pulls me to that car, whether to drive it or just to sit in it. I know now I've made a great choice.

very good and did not take time from arriving there to picking the vehicle and completing the finances. all three salesmen were very efficient. They are open on Sunday which was very convinient for me. the Dealership was very organized and clean.

Let me start by saying I have the AT4 model with the Duramax 3.0L diesel. I had a 2024 Elevation with the 5.3L V-8 that I bought to pull my 22’ camper. While the Elevation pulled my camper fine it drank the gas like it was on a binge. And with a 26 gallon gas tank it seemed I was filling up every couple of hours. After one trip to Nova Scotia I knew something had to change. I pulled my camper out west to Yellowstone and back through Arizona. It pulled like a champ and fillups were a lot more manageable. Even driving the speed limit out west I still got four to five mpg better than with the gasser. I liked the Elevation but I love the AT4. Way nicer ride and great handling. I get 30 per gallon of diesel on the highway if I drive the speed limit but I got it to tow with. I added a Titian replacement fuel tank so I have 43 gallons instead of the 26 it came with.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.
