I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

For me the best indication of quality service is the interaction after the sale. After the deal was done and the money exchanged hands, Jarus was still available to make sure that I was happy and assisted me in adding accessories to our vehicle it was a smooth and seamless experience.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

I absolutely love this car. It have a 2022 Trailblazer Activ with all the safety features and full sunroof, etc. I have 80,000 miles on it and it is so fun to drive! I have driven it all over the country and currently live in the mountains and commute 90 miles round trip over a mountain on winding road to work and back and it’s so easy in this car! I even lived in it for a few months when touring national parks and slept on a mattress in the back with seats folded down and it was super comfortable for me as a 5ft 5in person. Especially since I could look at the moon and stars through the sunroof while laying down in the back! I am praying that it goes to 200,000 miles because I dread the day I no longer have this car and may just end up buying another one even though I would prefer a hybrid for better gas mileage. I also have had exactly ZERO issues with this car! I have gotten regular oil changes and service checks and that’s it! About to get the spark plugs replaced just because it’s time. But it has not shown any signs of any problems whatsoever! I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase! And I only ever owned Toyotas or Hondas before buying this car, but the reliability so far is comparable! My auto shop also told me they never see these cars in the shop because they are reliable! So hope that helps someone!!

Traded up today… price was not exactly as low as I wanted but I can honestly say Dominic and Leo pulled all they could for us.. I am really happy with them and the process and their effort they put into earning my business.. I have been using there service department for 3 years and have not been disappointed ever. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

A dealers word means nothing until its tested. Nissan of Gadsden Scores an A+. My search for a car landed me 400 miles away. My salesman was Zach Crews. He sent me a video of the car, a MINI Cooper. As it turns out, the owner, Craig Denney, is a very honest and humble philanthropist, who also happens to be an avid supporter of our nation's military and veterans. He is a true patriot! When he learned that his business sold me a vehicle, unbeknownst to them to have severe safety problems, because they were extremely well hidden, by the previous owner, he offered to put any time and effort needed to fix the problem! He offered to trade me out of the vehicle at no cost to me, and when he didn't have a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs, he showed me all the money invested and made on the vehicle, only to offer his time, his effort, services, and all profits on the vehicle to get it fixed! I agreed on this, as he surely went the extra mile to make sure, I was happy with my purchase, and that my family's safety was top priority! Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

I had to have tires and a new windshield, they had the tires in stock and the price was cheaper than I had priced at other places! I made a follow up appointment to drop my Armada off and have the windshield installed and it was ready that afternoon. I have always had good service at Nissan of Gadsden!

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.
