I purchased my 2007 Avalanche in 2011 and am second owner. I absolutely love this truck and have taken excellent care of it the whole time. I bought it with 65000 miles on it and now have 250,000. Yes, I've replaced things and have been proactive in replacing other things that can go out like water pumps, alternators, etc...I absolutely trust this old girl to take me anywhere and any distance and wouldnt hesitate to buy another one.

We are really loving our truck. It has been on many camping , fishing, hunting , and photo taking adventures. It pulls our boat well. Have had to replace bearings, brakes, and heater fan, but it is 12 years old. The tonneau cover has been appreciated in the rainy area we live in to protect our camping gear. The way the window in the back seat area comes out and has built in storage is another plus. It’s a very comfortable ride. We are very happy with our choice of an Avalanche.

My Avalanche is sitting at 268k miles and it STILL drives great. The interior has held up meh but I feel like that’s normal for those years of GM vehicles. Not expensive to own and parts are easy to source, just make sure you keep up on maintenance.

Second avalanche I have owned. Bought a 2011 a few months ago. Had a few problems but I love the looks of them along with the comfort and room..great for hauling kayaks(reason I bought it). Like the Flex fuel option also. Especially since gas prices are up! Mine has over 177k miles. Plastic cover has alot of fading but still pretty truck. Only complaint really is that the outside door handles wear and break easily, plastic fading, headlight lens discoloration. Power isn't what it should be(no giddy up) but it's older truck. If your wanting speed then it's not the truck for you! I purchased a brand new one when they first came on market but it had transmission problems soon after getting it. Love the back seat fold and window remove feature the best!

The versatility is amazing. My father owns one with 145K and it never left him sitting. It rides better than a standard 1500 because it’s on a suburban frame. There has never been a job that is has not been able to handle. If you flip down the bed you will be stunned how much you can fit. I bought one and have had the same reliability and versatility.

2007 LTZ I bought it second hand in Aug 2006. Now, 168,000 mile on it and the first problem I have had was my oil pressure sensor just went out . NOT one problem and I bought it in Aug 2006 sight unseen while I was in Bagdad Iraq off of eBay. It runs and looks the same as the day I bought it.

I was once about the second time I started again to restart the first time I came back to begin again from the third of four or five of them.

Didn't need a full size truck to drive every day. The Avalanche midgate design suits my needs. Easier to drive, park and fit in my garage. Love the looks. Not really any blind spots but my dashboard has developed 3 cracks in it. No oil problems yet.

We saw a Mini Roadster they had on cars.com. I inquired about it snd someone got right back with us. The day we were out to test drive it the car was waiting for us. No pressure sales- easy process. They allowed us to take the car to a prepurchase inspection at the local mini dealership and it came back needing new front tires- other than that the car was great/ low mileage too. Buying the car was a breeze. Would def recommend this dealership the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

I think the Chevy Avalanche is the best looking, most functional truck on the road, large storage boxes on either side of the bed, transform to a 5ft or 8ft bed, sunroof, Bose, Nav, solid V8 engine and trans, just every thing you want in a truck. I use the truck for everything, hauling, towing, family, vacation, work and play. Those who have, or have had, an Avalanche know how great they are, CHEVY/GM, BUILD THEM AGAIN!!! BRING THEM BACK!!!!!

We had been looking for a used BMW X5 for some time, after various disappointments with various Car Lots, Melendez showed great customer service and had a SUV we fell in love with. Meets or exceeds all my expectations. I can drive out with my family of 5, all teenagers, or I can use it around the farm. My dogs love the midgate, as do I when I need full sheets, 2x4's and other materials. I have hauled 16' 2x4's without needing to worry about how far behind me it hands. Towing feels like driving normal, and i often forget i have a trailer. Living in the northeast, I drive in the snow a lot. With the stock tires, I drove the speed limit with no issue, unless there was ice. With the beefy goodyear wrangler duratrac tires, I drive through mud that scrapes the belly and never get stuck. Speaking of, the ground clearance is surprisingly good. I have a fully loaded LTZ, and the auto leveling (I forgot the name of the option) is very helpful out in the woods. The only downside is that the traction control can not be fully disengaged unless you are in 4x4 low. I turned off the traction control when I need wheel spin (if you live in snow, you understand end of driveways), yet it still stopped my tires from spinning when I was halfway in the road, and I had to back into my driveway on a few occasions. Oh, and the flex is amazing. Average of 22+mph on the highway with cruise control, 16 in the mountains, 18 city.

The design on the Chevrolet Avalanche is the best that General Motors made. I owned two 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche's Z71 and now just bought a 2012 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ. Love this Truck/SUV. This is the best used truck still, and I am giving the Avalanche 5 stars.

This vehicle is quite nice and rides very well. Has a real good stereo system and is the LTZ so it is loaded. The mid gate is different.
