I bought an 02 Chevy Avalanche around 4 years ago, it's been an amazing truck. I pull my work trailer everyday with it with zero problems, very reliable. Early 2002 Avalanche owner
We got our Avalanche in July 2021 and it has been a great vehicle. We have the Z66 package with a soft top (hard cover was not available on the really early production models). We added running boards and the luggage rails. We have just over the 185,000 miles and it runs great. We replaced the shocks for the first time at 180,000. For the first 95,000 it was all heavy city traffic. All maintenance has been per schedule. Only additional additional service was universal joints at 99,000 miles. We love our Avalanche!
