Used Chevrolet Avalanche trucks for sale near Arlington, TX

I currently own a 2011 Chevy avalanche LS with several upgraded packages. Exterior…I really like the design of the truck and some people say the big pillars in the bed are a blind spot but I’ve never really had an issue with them. Interior…the dash is cracked in several places (before I bought it) and the interior has some loud rattles. But the seats are very comfortable and the coil suspension gives the truck an incredible ride. Handling is a little squishy and acceleration isn’t great but usually your not buying a truck for speed :) The Midgate is an extremely cool feature that I feel like a lot of people skip over…very intuitive design and on hot days I pop the back window out and store it in the mid gate for a “almost” convertible feel. Overall I would recommend the truck 8/10

Everything was great. They were friendly and was willing to negotiate a price I was comfortable with. I most definitely will go back to purchase another car if I need to.

Great Family and work vehicle, Everyday use and great for road trips, we loved this truck for years. and its still going strong... Very sad they stopped production. would by another in a heartbeat.

2006 chevy avalanche powered by the 5.3 liter engine. I've had this truck for a couple months did changes here and there and doesn't give me a problem. Doesn't waste oil no knockings nothing at all. Frame isn't rusted. I recommend buying these trucks there pretty dam good! I use the truck for towing my boat and transporting family pretty comfy.

My Avalanche is sitting at 268k miles and it STILL drives great. The interior has held up meh but I feel like that’s normal for those years of GM vehicles. Not expensive to own and parts are easy to source, just make sure you keep up on maintenance.

I purchased a Mercedes S550 2008. This is the best old used vehicle I've ever purchased. It's been 2 weeks now .I took it to Firestone to run full inspection. It passed with flying colors. I was looking for something that would be able to transport tall things occasionally, room for 4, comfortable and reliable. The Avalanche ticked all the boxes. Based on a Suburban frame, it is definitely comfortable, enough room for all I need to do, and can haul small loads with ease. Very impressed with the 22 mpg I got on the highway once, although 17-18 is a little more common. Owned for almost a year and it has been trouble free!

I bought an 02 Chevy Avalanche around 4 years ago, it's been an amazing truck. I pull my work trailer everyday with it with zero problems, very reliable. The only time I have to lift the hood is to change the oil or do regular maintenance on it. I highly recommend this vehicle, Chevrolet made this truck right .👊🏻

Second avalanche I have owned. Bought a 2011 a few months ago. Had a few problems but I love the looks of them along with the comfort and room..great for hauling kayaks(reason I bought it). Like the Flex fuel option also. Especially since gas prices are up! Mine has over 177k miles. Plastic cover has alot of fading but still pretty truck. Only complaint really is that the outside door handles wear and break easily, plastic fading, headlight lens discoloration. Power isn't what it should be(no giddy up) but it's older truck. If your wanting speed then it's not the truck for you! I purchased a brand new one when they first came on market but it had transmission problems soon after getting it. Love the back seat fold and window remove feature the best!

I have a 2005 Victory Red 2 wheel drive 1500. It has about 230k miles. I do residential construction and it’s the only truck that will allow me to carry 16-18’ length lumber hanging way out the back sometimes over 10’ past the rear bumper. But I do it anyways all the time. I just put a bunch of red flags on the end of the materials and the sides. I have even delivered several hundred pieces of rebar which I think where like 21’ long. They where literally dragging on the ground but I have done this countless times and have never been stopped by the police. Building houses and being able to deliver full length materials has been priceless. Also I have loaded the bed with a pallet of concrete and delivered many deck packages where the pressure treated material was water logged and weigh a tremendous amount. I estimate I often carry 2500-3k lbs in the bed sometimes almost double it’s payload capacity and even though the shocks and springs are flat and the backend is almost flat on the ground the truck handles it no problem. Also this truck is unique because you never have to be homeless. With the bed covers on an air mattress you can sleep 2 people very comfortably. With your upper bodies in the cab of the truck. It’s totally awsome. Very private and you can use the bed light and also turn the truck on and off to heat and cool it. Best of all you can stow all your blankets etc. in the storage boxes when you are not sleeping. We call it urban camping and it’s just like a mobile home.

This truck may be the most functional personal truck ever produced. All of the power and strength of a 1500 Silverado with the comfortability of a Tahoe. Use it as a family vehicle, towing truck or for city style. Perfect for a fun seeker of any interest!

We are really loving our truck. It has been on many camping , fishing, hunting , and photo taking adventures. It pulls our boat well. Have had to replace bearings, brakes, and heater fan, but it is 12 years old. The tonneau cover has been appreciated in the rainy area we live in to protect our camping gear. The way the window in the back seat area comes out and has built in storage is another plus. It’s a very comfortable ride. We are very happy with our choice of an Avalanche.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. Sold my 2008 Avalanche to buy a 2013 Avalanche knowing this was the last production year. I normally purchase a new vehicle every 5 years, but I am extremely satisfied with my 20113 Avalanche. I unsure as to what vehicle to buy so I am keeping my Avalanche. It is now 10 years old. I do maintain a strict maintenance schedule and put in only the better brand gasoline. Other than the regular maintenance including brakes and tires, I have not had a single repair issue. My wife loves it and feels safe in the Avalanche and will not travel with anything else. My only wish is that the more advanced technology was/or had been available on the 2013.We wish GM would bring it back.
