Elco Chevrolet & Cadillac review
This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward. The staff at ELCO were respectful, kind, understanding, and efficient. The purchasing experience was excellent from start to finish, and they took every step to make me feel like I was the only person in the dealership those two days. All aspects: 1) Up front pricing & discounts. Our sales rep, Joe Meador, was especially knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to our concerns & made every effort to assist. The best salesman I've ever worked with when purchasing a new vehicle. 2) Finance department had everything in order for the final 'signing' which went smoothly with little time required. 3) A feeling of assisting the customer to the fullest possible outcome exists the minute you walk in the door. Everyone was courteous and ready to make our experience the most pleasant. Since I'm only allowed a rating of 5, that is what was given. In actuality, the experience was more like a '10'.
