This is the fourth vehicle that we've purchased from ELCO Chevrolet, and there is a reason that I returned for my third Tahoe: they're the very best. Three weeks ago, I lost my husband unexpectedly and with two ELCO Chevy's, one 10 yr old Tahoe and a two-year-old Trailblazer that my children didn't want I felt it best to combine the trade-ins and purchase a new Tahoe that will take me another 10 years, providing me not only transportation but the security I need moving forward. The staff at ELCO were respectful, kind, understanding, and efficient. The purchasing experience was excellent from start to finish, and they took every step to make me feel like I was the only person in the dealership those two days. The staff was very helpful. He didn't waste any time getting me checked in. Very courteous. I took my car in Tuesday morning. I was told that it should be ready Thursday providing all parts necessary were available. My car was ready by Wednesday noon time which was a day earlier than expected.

Initially I was told there were not appointments available for about a month, but I left my car and they worked it in anyway -- they thought they could work it in in about a week and a half, but it only took them 4 days.
