My compliant is the dashboard. The leather is bubbled and shrunk. Hate to think what a repair/ replacement would cost. Beautiful car, otherwise, 2013 Grand Sport Anniversary model. I understand that other C6 dashboards have had similar problems. The car is parked in a garage so it cannot be blamed for excessive heat or sunlight. Just received a warning for Anti-lock/Active handling/ Traction Control. Probably just a wheel sensor that I will have repaired under extended warranty.

I just purchased a base 2009 3LT Corvette. The car is stylish and a blast to drive. It is rock solid in the turns and rides exceptionally well. The acceleration and handling are, without a doubt, beyond great for a base model car. I'm 6'5 and fit very comfortably behind the wheel. It will be hard to find an American made sports car this good at such a very affordable price?

Here is a review of my start to finish process of buying a car from Gateway Classic Cars, Ft. Lauderdale: ----- 1. The sales people who you work with are not on site. They're working remote so they don't have eyes on the car. ---- So, 2. You'll want to be connected with someone on site who can start and drive the car, provide a walkaround video, pictures of whatever you want and give their input. I worked with Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location for my purchase and he was outstanding with helping me to know the car before making an offer. He is the reason that this is a 5 star review. -------- 3. Hauling: They'll get you a quote for hauling the vehicle. I chose Nexus Transport myself to use. They were a bit cheaper and top rated by Forbes. That went just fine. --------- 4. These cars are all on consignment. So, I feel that you have to be a little more careful because you have another party who may not have disclosed things to Gateway. Best practice is to get a pre-buy done from someone like Lemon Squad. That being said, I was so comfortable with my deal, took the risk and waived the pre-buy. And in my case, the Prowler is a mint gem and I have no concerns after receiving it. Also, there is a common thought then you buy a car like this, you should budget 10% or so of the price for maintenance right after you get the car because stuff always comes up, otherwise, don't buy a used car. --------5. Since they're on consignment, they have commissions they charge the seller. As a buyer, I don't care if I see a commissions line on the purchase agreement. As long as my out the door number was what I offered, that's fine. --------6. I wired money to them and within a few hours, I had all the fully executed paperwork back in my hands. Title took about 3 weeks to receive by UPS. And the folder had everything I needed to register the car in my state. Wow! Thank you Barbara! ------ 7. So here is what breeds loyalty. Alex at the Ft. Lauderdale location made sure the car was completely ready to be picked up including accessories that were bubble wrapped. The car was supposed to be picked up at Noon on Saturday, plenty of time before they closed at 5pm. He stayed until the truck arrived...very late....AT 1:30am Sunday morning!!!! (Otherwise, it would have sat until Tuesday). I cannot believe he did that for me. I received my car loading video at 2am. That's unbelievable service that deserves more than 5 stars. ------- Summary: I'd have zero issues with buying from Gateway again....they just operate in a different dealership style than what I'm used to, which is just fine.

If you drive it once believe me you will drive it again if you single or married your other half will enjoy it as well don’t take my word for it just drive it

This car has exceeded many of my expectations. I got my 2013 C6 base model in 2019. For a 6 year old, American sports car, I pictured it being a fun, quick thrill, but it was so much more than that. When you get in, you immediately get that exotic super car, low to the ground feeling. There’s a good amount of legroom for me and I’m 5”11. The leather seats are electronically controlled. With the press of the push-button start, it’s typical to any V8 sound, however; when you put it in drive, you fly. For a $32,000 car, I received the thrill of a lifetime on a consistent basis. Stock engine with dual exhaust option sits at 435 hp LS3 V8. The grip is similar to most Porsche and Lamborghini’s. If I had to recommend an affordable American sports car with an exotic super car feel, I’d have to go with the Corvettes. For the stock base model, it’s the most advanced, powerful, quickest, and fastest American made car of its decade. To give you an example, the 2013 Corvette C6 base model has the same engine as the 2016 Camaro SS, an upgraded model, and the 2016 Mustang GT, which is upgraded from the Mustang base model and the eco-boost model. Not only is the performance the best, it’s also known to be a long-lasting model. Currently, there’s a 2000 Corvette in the National Corvette Museum with 773,338 miles on it’s stock engine. Enough said. I highly recommend this car for a summer and fall, pleasurable vehicle.

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

I am beyond pleased and impressed with this dealership. Working with Rami and his team was easy, efficient, and professional. I used my own credit union for my financing and even they said what a pleasure it was working with Rami and Diamond and just how thorough and on top of things they were. I had never shipped a car out of state before and this was also my first Porsche and I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest to deal with at times, not on purpose of course, but just because it was such a new experience. I felt very taken care of and accommodated with everything I needed. Great communication and very fair. I can’t say enough good things! Very very happy and this dealer is top notch with quality of cars also - immaculate cars and care of them. My transport company even commented how nice this dealership is. We will be back for sure ! Start to finish it was a professional and first class experience, from the early phone calls where I was exploring all the car's details, the market, pricing, forward looking thoughts about the value of the car as time goes on etc. He also accommodated an impromptu visit over a weekend to allow us to see and drive the car. On the back end of the sale he helped us arrange getting PPF film applied to the car, and white glove delivery of the car to our home.
