Service Rep - explained everything well and was thorough. Helped me take advantage of the deals they had on four tire replacement. Service saw a small leak in my coolant tank and I was able to come back the following week to have the warranty cover the work

They took good care of my truck , they did an oil change and a wheel alignment, unfortunately I need more clearance on the 35 inch wheel. So cut out the fender flare for me

When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. I purchased a high end vehicle from Illusso and the sales manager, Todd, was wonderful. I appreciate integrity and straight shooters. At every step of the way, Todd and Illusso backed up everything they said and always followed through. They are definitely different from the typical car seller reputation. Although I love my car, when it's time to sell, and when it's time for another, I will most definitely contact Illusso first, and I will do so, hoping that Todd is still there. What a refreshing experience in this day and age when integrity isn't nearly as valued as it could be.
