Overall, happy with the service. Would have been 5 stars, however, my only complaint was the Parts Dept wouldn't match the discounted cost for 4 TPMS sensors. Originally they were charging $135 per sensor, while Chevrolet's website price was under $107 per sensor, which they did match. However, the online purchase was discounted by 20%, which would reduce the price per sensor to less than $87 each but they wouldn't match that price even though it said to pick them up at Burlington Chevrolet.

Our experience of buying a car at Hessert Chevrolet of Cherry Hill was excellent! Salesman Jeremiah took very good care of us and answered all our questions and made our car buying process very efficient. If there was something he was unsure about he quickly sought help from more experienced colleagues – he did a great job! Other members of staff such as William the Sales Manager and Jose from Finance were equally helpful and engaging. The team worked smoothly together to get us through the process of buying our car! I?d give Lynette if 5 is highest I?d give her a 10 She was personable, friendly, explained what needed to be done and called to let me know the parts it needed and estimated when it would be done. She called when it was finished. So far so good. The extended warranty covered it so that also made me happy

I had to bring my vehicle in for service last Wednesday and I got to the service department at 8:30am and Ryan checked me in and I told him what my problem was and by 9:30am he had my problem diagnosed and informed me that I would have to leave it overnight for next day repair. It was an exceptionally good experience because I was offered a ride back home and again back to the service department to pick up my vehicle on Thursday. The repair was an expensive one, so the option of getting the ride from and to the service department made it a little more acceptable. It's also nice having the coffee machine and hot coffee available and the television to watch while waiting either way. And the waiting room is always nice and bright and clean.

What a family experience with the most comfortable atmosphere I have ever experienced at a car dealership! The Team of Jace, Dave, Ashley , Rafael made it warm and fuzzy with a process that flowed like Dominos!

The location and facility are not your latest state of the art facility, but Mike and Ed are long time car business pros who look for high end quality cars. My experience was overall very positive and the car was just as good as advertised. There was no haggle on price. The trade in value and asking price were both fair. I got a great 2015 BMW with low miles and will certainly be happy to make another deal with Pro Auto in the future.
