Well, there may have been some poor experiences for some, but my experience was exceptional. Alan answered all my questions prior to flying out from PA to IL. Even picked me up at the airport. The pictures provided matched up exactly with the car when I viewed in person. There were a couple of niggles with the car and Alan graciously offered to take care of them. Found Alan to be candid, gracious, helpful and honest. Office support, Brittni had more patience than I might have when talking with PNC for funding verification. It truly is an American dream car... fast, reliable, easy to maintain, quick response, surprisingly good gas mileage better than my Nissan XTerra, and most of all very affordable sports car in the market. Most maintenance can be done by an average DIYer and there's a glut of after market parts available everywhere. I have a convertible triple black and it gets admired every time I'm on the road. This is my first Corvette and with my age, probably not my last.

I was some what nervous about buying a car sight unseen, even though,D & M provided many close up pictures, at many different angles of the Corvette, that I was looking at. I appreciated that. I am a detailed person, and will not buy a car with dents, or dings. After talking to Kevin, and Angie, a few times, they assured me that the car was MINT condition. I took a chance and ordered the 2014 Vett. They delivered, as promised. The car is immaculate. The whole buying process was very easy, and very professional. They even arranged a transport carrier, to deliver the car to me in Florida, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership, and would buy from them again, as they specialize, in very low mileage cars, in only Excellent condition.

I purchased my 2000 C5 dark bowling green in 2014 it only had 23,000 miles on it, today it has close to 200,000 miles I drive it the only upgrades that I've done is I put different Wheels that mimic the stock ones they're just one inch wider front and back, an air intake from K&N and a Cat-Back system from Flowmasters. I can't go anywhere where at least two people come up and comment on my car and no one can believe it's 23 years old I do keep it in good shape it is the original paint. Like any other vehicle you have little issues water pumps I change the air conditioning a leak in the rear end had to get a new alternator all the normal stuff for cars that are 23 years old no major failures. The performance on this car is fantastic it's fast a Corners well. And if I can keep my foot out of it it gets pretty good gas mileage for the most part. I will say if you plan to get one of these C5 Corvettes you have to be willing to work on the car if you want it to run the way it's designed has a ton of sensors all kinds of grounds there's a lot to it, but the joy and the fun that you get out of it is well worth it.

I purchased a newer BMW from them and I couldn't be anymore pleased with this purchase. I recommend Zone Motors Chicago to friends and family.

Mine is a forest green / tan top convertible with a manual tranny and LT4 engine. With 41 K on the clock and a boat load of oil change tickets in the console, I think it's got a lot of life left. Paid $20 K and have no regrets.

Just purchased a red on red coupe 1996 LT4 with Z51 package and only 19K miles. Everything is in exceptional condition from the outside paint and body panels to the immaculate interior. Only one issue with switching the climate control from defrost mode and it's most likely a vac line issue.

I had my 2004 for 10 years. Great car and performance. At 6'2" the C5 provides me with comfort which its predecessors do not. Only issues have been the ignition switch a common problem which I changed out fairly easily, and the climate control lighting which I fixed by resoldering the board.

I've owned this car since New and never had one issue. The C7 body style and tech is he best. Z51 2LT mag ride power exhuast 2 tops ceramic coat. Looks brand new. The compliments never end.

I’ve owned my 2002 convertible since 2005 and get excited every time I drive it. It’s blue and I get a lot of comments such as it being the nicest car the person has seen. The performance is amazing. Weight displacement is the best of any corvette. Surprisingly gets decent mileage. Though I wouldn’t sell mine for less than 40k there are some on the market for half that. Why drive a new Toyota when you can drive a used corvette that will change your driving experience. Besides, ever hear anyone say, “Nice Toyota!”?

My dream car. I purchased my first in 05 and drove it to 120k miles and she was still going strong but had to sell her and get a more client friendly ride. Fast forward to today, I bought my second 04 with less than 10k miles on it. Spent a little money on paint correction and ceramic coating, on bringing the motor back up to speed with new fuel injectors and plugs and wires and she drives like a dream and looks better than off the showroom floor. This is my favorite body style ever and if you're looking for a sporty ride with get up and go along with handling and a classy look that demands attention look no further.

Best looking sports car, very comfortable, every option available, looks amazing, and if I had money I would buy another one it is super reliable. After 63 years of driving, my 2006 C6 Corvette Base Convertible is my favorite car ever. Past sport cars include 3 versions of Mazda Miata, 14 Porsches (including 914/6, 1973 RS Carrera, 1967 911S soft window Targa, 1979 Turbo Carrera, and IMSA 914/6 track car). I dislike the Corvette weight, width in the garage, and lumbering response to the wheel, but the flatness in a turn and the throttle response are amazing. I find it absolutely beautiful to look at, and the auto transmission (6 Spd w/paddle shifters) is the first automatic I have enjoyed in a sport car. This is my first Corvette after all those Porsches, and I am amazed at the refinement and attention to detail in this car. Leather seats are fairly nice, but they are a little overshadowed by excess interior plastic. The black exterior blends with the black interior and leather, and softens the interior starkness somewhat, but the width of the door sill is an unusual inconvenience.

My is machine silver with competition gray wheels 1lt nice car . Only problem I have had and a lot more people have had with the C6 is the automatic automatic shifter gets stuck in park. A recalled that never happened.

I bought my 2017 Lt1, Z51 Stingray Coupe new in Daytona, Fl. It’s beautifully designed and has so much to offer. You feel like you’re in a race car, only you’re wayyy more comfortable! Pop the top off, and place it in the ‘locked in’ storage for it in the back. Mine is an everyday driver and I love her very much. I’d buy her again, because she definitely Is,…‘The Heartbeat of America’!

I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

It is hard to tell which is better -- standing outside and looking at the beautiful lines of this Corvette coupe or being inside and starting it and hearing that wonderful rumble of the pipes. Holds the road beautifully.
