I currently own 11 cars. In addition to my C8, 2 C5 Vettes, 2 Porsches, 3 Miata’s & a few utilitarian cars. I race a Z06 Vette, a Miata & a Porsche. I bought the C8 to track it. Have not yet tracked it. The major options I got are: convertible, Z51 package, front lift, front camera. I love the front lift. Thanks to front lift & front camera so far no scrapes. Picked car up Aug 31, 2022. Have 10,600 miles. Recently drove to Sebring for 12hr Rolex. Put 2700 miles on the drive. Driving 13 hrs at a stretch, car is very comfortable to sit in for 13hrs. Handles beautifully with ample power to accelerate seamlessly to maneuver through highway traffic. I’m in my mid 70’s so getting in/out of this car is not exactly graceful. I’ve had sports cars since my British cars in the 60’s & getting in/out was not graceful back then either. Car is a dream to drive & styling makes it beautiful to look at it. Some people complain about poor visibility & blindspots. My response is there are no blindspots if you set mirrors correctly. Unfortunately, most people do not set mirrors properly. This car’s interior is very tight. It’s a drivers car. There’s no extra interior space. My wife will not ride in this car for any length of time because of the lack of space. She’s accustomed to driving/riding in sports cars. In addition to an SUV & a sedan her other drivers are a Porshe & Miata. Overall it’s a great car.

I just purchased a base 2009 3LT Corvette. The car is stylish and a blast to drive. It is rock solid in the turns and rides exceptionally well. The acceleration and handling are, without a doubt, beyond great for a base model car. I'm 6'5 and fit very comfortably behind the wheel. It will be hard to find an American made sports car this good at such a very affordable price?

I bought this car used in 1982 and I owned it for 5 years. I had the L 48 350 cu. in. engine and 3 speeds auto. I loved this car. It was a head turner, fast, comfortable and surprisingly good on gas. I averaged around 26 miles per gallon on highway. The only problem was the factory calipers. It was a common problem, they rusted inside the cylinders and caused a spongy brake pedal. Had to replace them with stainless steel ones. Otherwise, it was a very fun, beautiful and reliable car.

i bought a 86 pontiac 2+2 . my credit union was not still in my state, so needed a co op credit union . they did not do that amount of money with out signed documents from my home credit union .mgm worked with me to get my payment worked through. it took a couple of weeks . when car got here there was a oversight with a maintenance issue .we talked back and forth we reached a agreement and they helped to fix the problem.in my case everything worked out

They are surprisingly roomy for a small sports car, and a relatively tall person can drive one with ease. The suspension in the small block cars is actually very good and the ride is nice. the car is quick and fun to drive with the T-Tops of on a nice day.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Saw a 2017 Grand Sport Collector Edition 5 years ago and had been searching all over Creation for one since. In October last year I finally found a GSCE convertible in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and raced down to grab it. Traded in my 2016 'Laguna Red/ Kalahari top 'vette which I loved ...but like girlfriends - you can't keep them all. My GSCE is absolutely TERRIFIC!

Pop the top off, and place it in the ‘locked in’ storage for it in the back. Mine is an everyday driver and I love her very much. My 2024 Hard Top Convertible C8 Z51 with 3LT trim outdoes them all... in looks, performance, luxury and reliability. This car is stunning inside and out. The exterior design still looks like a Corvette, but with stunning and cutting edge mid-engine styling. The handling and shifting are sublime and, in fact, the C8's eight speed DCT is the exact same one found in the $260K Maserati MC20 Cielo... even the C8's hard top was designed by the same German company that made the Maserati's top... all the way down to the little adjustable rear window. Finally, let's not forget the LT2 engine that is pure sweetness, proven and reliable. Step inside and you'll find the C8's interior is both functional and ultra luxurious, with advanced styling that goes beyond most sports cars... from the impeccable leather stitching and full aluminum paddles to the amazing looking floating dash and the slim, almost invisible air vents. In short, the C8 Z51 is a dream car. You could get other C8 variants, and they will also be amazing. But for daily driving, getting on the track with durability, speed and handling, the C8 Z51 might be the sweet spot. Anyone who owns or drives one is fortunate indeed.

I've had my 2017 GS with a Vortech supercharger that was added by previous owner (has 22K miles) for 3 months. This being my 4th vette, starting with a C3, a C5Z, and a twin turbo C5, this is by far the most refined, with SO MANY FEATURES. These include a display setup YOUR WAY, suspension varieties adjuated at the turn of a know, easily modified exhaust tones, all for the drivers pleasure!!! Love the slot car feel, with F1 handling & plenty of thrust!!! My FIRST AUTO TRANS TOO!DRIVE her easy in traffic, or set to track mode, or even shift manually with paddles!!! YES I would buy another!!!

I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

2024 Stingray Z51 Convertible. Great buying experience and no issues in 7 months and 5K miles. Great features and and runs great with better than expected fuel mileage. Just a couple Cons - Run flat summer tires are somewhat noisy and not offered with adaptive cruise.

To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.
