This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

I was very pleased with the purchase, everyone was very agreeable and understanding of me situation. Even shipping the truck out of state was a breeze! I would shop there if you are in the Houston area, and travel there if you're not. I was able to complete my transaction entirely online and still got great service. Out Standing!!

Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.

My last car was a 2020 Equinox. Totally enjoyed owning it. Looked at the ‘26. The new redesign is great looking. Both inside and out. The controls are easily accessible. Easy to the touch. Infotainment system is top notch. No obstructed views while driving. Ride very smooth and handling very responsive. Very quiet. Seating is extremely comfortable and very spacious interior. Would definitely recommend!!

Bryon C. was amazing! We walked into the dealership looking for a Jeep that just happened to be sold the previous day. I found the vehicle on Cars.com site and it was what I was looking for. Low mileage and a fair price. The dealership was responsive and timely regarding scheduling an appointment. Everything seemed to go smoothly and I took the truck back today to have the windows tinted which was included with the purchase. I felt like I got a good deal based on the pricing I had seen previously. Overall a good experience but I was surprised to see so many people wearing shorts and I understand the weather is hot in Texas but it was surprising.

It was time for my Equinox to be serviced and in addition I had an engine warning light appear on my dash. I was assigned service adviser Sean Simonz who did an excellent job in assisting me. I would also like to thank service manager Michelle Hernandez to whom I talked when my call was transferred to the service department and who assigned Sean to be my advisor. I have had my Equinox serviced at Sterling McCall for years and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the work done and impressed by how pleasant and efficient their employees are.
