Held off on buying a car for over 14 years due to horror stories about dealing with dealerships.. Saw this dealership had great reviews so I took the chance. Turns out the reviews were accurate. Glenn was a great salesman. Felt no pressure at any time and was extremely insightful/helpful during the whole process. He even followed up a couple weeks later to see how I was liking the new Truck. Tony from the financing end was great as well and extremely accommodating. Drove over 2 hours to this dealership because of the customer service, and it was well worth it. Whenever the time comes to buy a new car again, I will go to this dealership as long as I can work with Glenn & Tony again.

He answered every question I had about the vehicle honestly and thoroughly, and there were a lot of questions. I came in extremely well-researched and Brian matched that energy at every turn — never once making me feel rushed or steered toward a decision that wasn't right for me. What truly set Brian apart happened after the sale was complete. He stayed nearly two hours past closing time to walk me through every feature of my new Equinox EV — the charging system, one-pedal drive, adaptive cruise control, Google Assistant, the wiper controls, OnStar setup, and much more. He didn't have to do that. The sale was done. He did it because he genuinely cares that his customers leave confident and comfortable with their new vehicle. For a first-time EV buyer, that kind of personalized attention made all the difference in the world. I left the dealership actually knowing how to use my car — and that is rarer than it should be. Collin then took over and sent me a detailed video of the outside, inside and even the underside. The pricing was agreed upon amicably, subject to my personal inspection and test drive. On my arrival, Tyler went over the features very patiently and I took the test drive. The last step was meeting with Todd and going over the paperwork and payments. Everything went very smoothly, including being given a temporary MD tag while they process NY tags.
