I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Had a small issue but they took care of me. Picked my vehicle up from my place of employment and brought it back to me.

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

Came in for the year end sales event and got an awesome deal! I got a wonderful Ford Explorer with excellent features and packages. Also, the great sales staff provided exceptional service. I will definitely be making Lafontaine my preferred dealership.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

Oil change. 7:30am appointment time. Finished & on the road by 8:10am. Awesome turn around. Very professional. But also very personable. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Processed quickly. Top notch service.

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

A ton of inventory with excellent prices and excellent staff. They had quite a few options fitting what I was looking for with great prices! Will be back for my next one.

After 4 years and 32K miles its been extremely reliable (tire sensor replaced), not a single rattle, and contrary to some replorts the 1.5L is more than adequate (cruse all day @ 80 MPH.

After getting over the honey-moon phase of buying my first “new” car I can safely say that everytime I enter the car I love it. From the Bluetooth technology to how the vehicle runs it’s just perfect. I have to definitely thank Wendy for her outstanding customer service, the patience that she had with me in getting the car ready, to helping me with the buying process she definitely went above and beyond and I definitely have to thank her for that! Glad I bought the premier model with all the “bells and whistles”. Suggests for improvement : Automatic folding side mirrors when parking Locking gas cap More staffing and customer friendly service for guaranteed warranty issues. (I was told 3 week wait for appointment followed by leaving the vehicle for another three weeks to check an engine light problem. Why couldn’t the service dept call me when ready instead of leaving the car for three weeks with no replacement vehicle?) The desk person suggested I take it elsewhere where the warranty wouldn’t be honored!

Chris is great to deal with. He went over and above in every area of the sale. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never felt as comfortable about buying a used one as I did dealing with chris. I will be buying from him again.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

I bought this car because I needed a dependable SUV and have not been disappointed. Reminds me of my former BMW x3, but without the crazy upkeep costs. The Panoramic sunroof is great. Plenty of room for my weekend toys. A very satisfied customer. Drives like a dream, great gas milage. I like the Pumpkin color too!

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

Very friendly staff. Very fair. Honest. No hidden fees. And we are not local but we're treated as if we were. They had no problems letting us really look over the vehicle first. Gave us really fair trade in price on our current vehicle too! Highly recommend coming here for a used or new vehicle!

Service at Grand Blanc Mitsubushi was for a liftgate safety recall. The vehicle functions better than ever. It was extremely difficult to close the liftgate before the repair. It is much easier to close the lg now.

D & L Auto Sales on Corunna Ave Owosso is a great place to buy vehicles. Justin Hart is a awesome salesman, I bought a 2010 Chevrolet HHR LS great car that needs a little love, but overall is a great ride, & you get a warranty with your vehicle, I am a bit partial by this car lot as I know the Owners Dale & Lorraine, and yes there's another sales guy can't leave out Clayton, & then Chris their mechanic, I use to sell vehicles with a friend of mine Dave Losey @ R & C Used Cars, Dale & everyone except Justin knew Dave, Dale & Dave use to buy vehicles at the auction and one thing I learned from Dave was, you never bid against your friend, unfortunately Dave Losey passed away unexpectedly 4 years ago, leaving just Dale left to sell great Used vehicles. That's why this is my 2nd Used vehicle I have bought from D & L Auto Sales. One last comment, when selling a used vehicle, you don't know what you are getting, unless the salesman tell's you what is wrong with it, and it's your choice whether to buy it and fix it, like mine, it needs a little tweaking to where I like it too be, so keep doing what you are doing Justin Hart, stay honest & up front with your customers and you will go a long way in the business. I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

The car is a good gas saver however the performance is a little off. The system as far as coils or tune up will go out without warning . Also the tire sensors are off

My 2014 Equinox LTZ has over 200,000 miles on it. Been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned including a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will buy Equinox again.
