We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

2018 2.0T AWD with 172k miles on it and it is going STRONG. Bought it used with 31k miles. Zero major issues but I've maintained it religiously, oil and transmission oil changed regularly. Spark plugs and coils had to be switched out at 130k miles but that's expected. Transmission is running strong and still sounds as great as the day I bought it.

I recently got a 2020 Equinox and there's a reason you see them everywhere. It's a great car that gets (somewhat) decent gas mileage. There's just a few issues I have with it. I've had to ride in the backseat of my Equinox a few times, whether I went out with friends and got slightly drunk or accidentally let my wallet go through the laundry. The point is… every time I have ever ridden in the backseat of the car, I always hit my head on the part where the roof meets the door. I'm 5' 10", which is an average male height, and yet, literally every single time I've ever been in the back seat of my car or in the back seat of an Uber ride that also drove a new-ish Chevy Equinox or similar car, I've hit my head on the headliner when the car turns. I also frequently use this car to transport my younger siblings who don't have a license or are in the process of getting one, and some of them have the same complaint. There's also not a lot of leg room in the back of the car, and again, I am about average male height. Two of my siblings are also around the same height as me. Also, this car is only five years old and the ABS light is already on. Now, this is not a huge deal, but my mom had an older GMC Acadia that she drove for about a decade before any warning lights appeared on her dashboard. Her car's ABS sensor never failed. Anyway, all in all, the newer Chevy Equinox is a really good car and I can see why it's the #1 choice for soccer moms.

Oakes Kia had a 2024 Mustang GT with all the options I was looking for. I have been in automotive sales and sales management for 6 years. So I am incredibly critical when on this side of the transaction. That being said this was the best car buying experience I have had in my life and its not even close. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. I do not look forward to buying cars. There are so many terrible tactics and sales people out there its just a horrible overall experience. Rebbecca and Sneed Ford were not that. She showed us the cars we asked for, recommended just one we missed that was almost the same car(which we ended up buying) and we did the negotiating with her, not a finance guy on a raised platform and aggressive manners. She answered all our questions, was very patient and very personable. We talked with the owner a bit when Rebbecca was busy who turned out to be just as fantastic. Overall easily the best car buying experience we've been through and they'll definitely be my first search next time we're looking for a car.

I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. I owned a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 for 23 years. I loved my truck and had no plans to replace it until a catastrophic experience. I am now leasing a 2024 Chevy Equinox from Sapaugh Motors and I am deeply and madly in love with it! It is comfortable, convenient and safe. After the terrible ice/snow storm on 2/16 I feel confident driving it because it did not even slip a tire traveling up my steep driveway. I could not be happier!!

We purchased this car used from Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI, with 1yr warranty. Unfortunately within 1 week of purchase we noticed driver door wasn't properly installed. Dealer refused to fix it. Will never go back to that dealership

I've had one major issue with this car and it's concerning an air conditioning drain hose. I've had to have it drained and unclogged twice in 5 years. It has spilled water all over my floorboards and shorted out my radio and to me that is a design flaw in the car. I've never had any other car do that to me

Owner of a 2020 Model for 3 yrs. We only bought it because of the color. Crimson Cayan Metallic. Black Interior. Ours is an LT FWD model. It has a few options which I'm going to say were nice but coming from a Cadillac as a daily driver, it still lacking certain touches my 08 DTS had. Heated Steering is almost a absolute requirement these days. Northern Midwest winters while fairly mild can pack a bit of punch sometimes. But this car had heated seats so i forgave it's fault this time and just bought driving gloves. Its reliability is unfaltering. I'm only at 52K and just now starting to look for tires and brakes for it. I feel like i have driven the wheels off this thing for $30 a week and regular oil changes. Android Auto has been a has been a gift. what system integration. We are on the hunt for a newer model now with more toys in it. But we have decided to keep the Equinox as a backup car. She wont let me Let her go.

I owned this car for 10 years (2013 purchased in 2012). Spent less than $3k in repairs over those 10 years. With regular oil changes and good tires reached 135k miles comfortably and quietly. Buying a new Equinox looking forward to another 10+ years

Roberts employees were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They didn?t come on strong with sales tactics. The price they advertise for a vehicle is the price they sell it. Unlike other dealerships that add $4K in additions whether or not you want them. Very pleased with Roberts. I?ll be sending all my friends and family their way.

I have a 2024 Equinox RS model and it’s very comfortable and on the 2024 model it has all the latest safety features which I like. The RS model has a great red accented interior and also has a Bose 7 speaker system that sounds great, the new Lakeside Blue metallic color for 2024 is super nice.

No issues so far. All I’ve done other than tires and brakes is drivers front wheel bearing. Car drives very well. Maintained well too. By the book or Even better

Great folks offering great deals on new or nearly new cars. Sure, most may have prior salvage titles...but if you buy a car to last you for years...why not save the $$$. ?

The 2025 Equinox is a good solid SUV. My only complaint is it has electronic problems. Every time I take it in the dealer says that no codes can be found? It starts by itself! The engine surges when you are stopped at a light or stop sign, in the past month it surges as you apply the breaks to stop. Happens randomly, You never know when it will happen. Compass has quite working, speed zone indicator has gone out and the message that tells you that your phone is in the charger has disappeared! Other than the above issues the 2025 Equinox is great. 😊

I have had great service there for years. However, they tried to push expensive services on me that are not required in my Ford manual thousands of miles before necessary. Big turnover of staff I noticed. Not sure what is going on at the management level. Service manager is pushing BG products and not Ford Motorcraft. Maybe will buy a Toyota next time.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.

Brandon did a great job answering my questions in the prepurchase. Though he was off the day I flew up, Tim stepped in and showed the vehicle and took the pre purchase information with ease. Lee the finance job was friendly but stuck to business and I appreciated that, he did try to sell me the world only the vehicle. I usually pay cash for my cars and my last purchase the finance guy spend and hour trying to get me to take a loan with them instead. I really appreciated when he finished, he led the way to his door shook my hand and said, "We could visit, but you have a seven hour drive a head you and you need to get on the road." He was right. I love my Chevy Equinox. It's so much easier to shift than my previous 2024 GMC. I hated having to reach over to pull levers in the middle of the GMC. My new car shift lever is right in front of my eyes and so much safer. I love the "real" rearview mirror. It took a little time to get used to it, but it helps so much to see everything near and far. The adaptive cruise works great. I don't have to step on the brake and re-set whenever the vehicle in front of me slows. One doesn't realize how nice that is until you're on the highway for any length of time. I think a woman must have designed this vehicle! No wonder it's perfect!

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.
