I was greeted by salesman Mike Pirozzoli, who rode with me on the test drive and answered my questions about the Tahoe. I then worked with Ed Finn and Nassar Fakhoury as I completed the sale and financing process. All 3 gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout the entire process. They explained the dealer add-on options available, yet I never felt pressured to purchase anything that did not interest me. As a courtesy, Mike picked me up at a location 10 miles away and brought me back to the dealership when I returned my rental vehicle the next day. That saved me time and money. I recently assisted my daughter and her husband in purchasing a new Chevy Trax at Golf Mill Chevrolet and it was one of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. I contacted Christopher over the phone based on his excellent reviews and set up an appointment and from that point forward I was extremely impressed with Christopher's communication, honesty, product knowledge and professionalism. On the second contact both my daughter and her husband were able to be there and they too were very impressed and satisfied and they purchased the vehicle. Christopher is very detailed to make sure all steps of the purchase and delivery process were completed including a tour of the dealership service department and introduction with the Service Manager and Service Advisor. All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff.
