I've owned several of the 'body on frame' vans, and the Chevrolet is the last man standing. I've got almost 200k miles on a 6.0L version, with only minor maintenance items (water pump, starter). If you've got a large crew or a towing need, or both, this is the answer. Scout troop on a waterski outing with a 21.5' inboard? No problem! Family and all the Zombie apocalypse gear? No problem. Of course, it's ugly, but way cheaper than a Suburban and way more comfortable that trying to get into the back seat of a Suburban, and better tow ratings and cargo capacity, too.

I absolutely can't believe how helpful the entire staff is. We showed up under pressure to buy a car when the engine blew in the one we were driving. The salesmen greeted us in the parking lot and made us feel very welcome but not in a pushy way. They wanted us to walk the lot and feel free to drive any we thought would work with our budget. The finance department is wonderful. Our credit has taken a hit due to the economy but they were very helpful explaining things to us and helping us through what we found to be a horrible experience at other dealerships. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. Again, NOT in a pushy way; it felt genuine. We doubt we will ever purchase from another establishment since finding Godard Auto Sales! I dropped my car off to have the brakes checked for noise. They gave me an estimate to do brakes all around. They completed the work in a timely manner and the car felt like brand new again!

Service was very good.. I was a little surprised by the bill because when I explained the problem the service manage said it was probably the fuse blown even before someone looked at the truck. The service manage was correct and my bill for a 10amp fuse was $145. I would think they would have checked the fuse first which would have only taking about 15 minutes.
