Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. I like Hometown Chrysler. I've had a couple of Jeeps that I purchased feom other dealerships. When they needed work, I took them back to the place of purchase. I wasn't at all satisfied with the service departments. I gave Hometown a try because they were closer to me. I'm glad I did. The service there is great. They listen to me when I explain what is going on with my vehicle. Any questions I have are answered quickly and honestly. They do the work well and it doesn't take weeks. When I make an appointment, I'm out the same day unless there is a catastrophic failure. I like the folks there. I will continue to have my service work done at Hometown. They haven't done me wrong yet.
