didn't like the fact that my interest rate was the best he could do until i went through my credit union then all of a sudden it could be dropped by over 2% when i told them i wasn't going to finance it through them. 2nd a regular finance guy was pretty Kool and straight up. maybe the part time guy should take lessons from him

Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.

Salesman very personable. Truck appeared to be as advertised. Test drive went well. Final paperwork took time. This was a cash purchase and I felt it took a long time to complete the transaction. It has only been 1 week since the purchase so can't say much more. I would recommend our salesman.

Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. I am a new customer to Steven's Creek Toyota and I am here to give great kudos to Josh Pourkhorsand and Lance Nguyen for their patience and diligence to their jobs. Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. Got it washed and detailed before I bought it. If I need anything, Josh made me feel that I could call him at anytime. Lance gave me the same feeling! He works in the Finance department and he was patient and had a great sense of humor also. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Great except for the text communication about the service. Was unable to make contact with a person at service, called three times, after receiving a text message about the recommended service and pricing. I personally don't care for the electronic communication and would prefer to speak with a service writer.
