We loved Adam from the Illinois store in Fort Wayne! He was awesome, found a 2008 Lincoln MXK in super great condition for me, we test drove, financed and drove away in about 2 hours (which is amazing!) and that was 3 years ago! I shopped for a used CRV from Lima to Beavercreek. I found the best deal at Platinum in Minster. I dealt with Mike and Adam. Both were great to work with. They never pressured me to purchase. They were able to answer all the questions concerning the CRV on their lot , and I never felt pressured to buy. I would work with either again without question. Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I like Hometown Chrysler. I've had a couple of Jeeps that I purchased feom other dealerships. When they needed work, I took them back to the place of purchase. I wasn't at all satisfied with the service departments. I gave Hometown a try because they were closer to me. I'm glad I did. The service there is great. They listen to me when I explain what is going on with my vehicle. Any questions I have are answered quickly and honestly. They do the work well and it doesn't take weeks. When I make an appointment, I'm out the same day unless there is a catastrophic failure. I like the folks there. I will continue to have my service work done at Hometown. They haven't done me wrong yet.
