I went in and was greeted right away by Andrew Eger. He was so helpful finding me a car that fit my needs and budget. He showed me several vehicles and advised me which would be the best for me. I test drove one car and fell in love with it. He sat down with me, did the paperwork and I was off to work. I went back the next morning and picked up my new car. Bought new in January 2014. So far it's been a reliable car. It's been back to the shop twice in almost 11 years for a leaking transmission line & a emission issue. Other than two recalls it's been good. Of course, I'm only at 67,676 miles. Oh, I forgot I had to replace the front two struts. When it was wet outside while turning I would get some vibration. Dealer had a TSB on it, the cost was 1,500 dollars. But overall the car has been fairly reliable. It's been quiet, roomy, comfortable and has decent power.

Perfect. The service manager went out his way to help me. I have been going there for several years. I have said enough. Change this part of the evaluation.

I bought my 2020 Premier in December, 2019. I have owned Impalas since 2000 and buy a new one every 3 years. They are reliable and comfortable and I love big cars. This one does not disappoint. I also have a 2018 Premier with 40K miles and it has no issues. Had to replace all 4 tires at 20K miles which I thought was premature. Other than that the car/s have performed perfectly. Too bad Chevy cut the brand. Now everyone is buying SUVs but I don't like them and would never buy one. Ditto for electric cars - they are not yet ready for prime time.

I love how big and comfy my impala is, it has a bench seat up front and can seat 6. It has excellent power and is trustworthy on long road trips! The car has been very reliable and has only needed minor repairs. It is getting older though…every so often it will make a funny noise and when it gets tired it needs a little extra coaxing to start and stay running. I plan on keeping it until it quits on me.

This is a great car but after 3 years I started having problems with the stability track, I would standing still at a light or making a turn and it would stall and even loose power, this is very frightening, I took it to the dealer who charged with $2000 to fix it and less that one year it is doing it again

Working with Abraham, the sales rep, was great. We were able to go at our own pace in considering what would make the best vehicle for us given options, price and such. I've owned Chevy Impala's for many years. Had one with a 3.9 motor that was running like new with 179,000 miles on it,till someone hit. Next one had a 3.5 motor and it ran amazing. But I been looking for a very very long time for this Impala and found one,so I grabbed it. The 3.5 I had before this one had 150,000 miles ran perfect. The one has the 3.6 motor. Hope it works out the same. Love it

Mine is a 2014 LT with the 2.5L 4Cyl. At approx 50,000 miles I had a small water pump leak that was fixed under warranty. AT approx 95,000 miles the A/C compressor locked up with the temps in the 95 - 100 degree range. I had the dealer fix this at a cost of over $1,400 to me. Overall though, it has been a very good car. Highway trips (at the speed limit) return 34 MPG which I feel is fine for this size of car and beats the EPA guestimate of 31 MPG highway. Always had the dealer maintain this car except for tires and a battery I had to replace. Hated it when Chevy announced they would no longer make it. At it's current 102,500 miles, it still runs fine. I'm retired now and I'm ready to trade it in on a new (2023) Traverse which will give me more room to haul some of my grandkids around and maybe even pull a small boat with. Inventory at this writing is pretty poor though. 8/7/2022

The (final?) 2020 Chevrolet Impala is overall, a thumbs-up! No vehicle is "perfect", but this solid, AMERICAN sedan is of high-quality...I refuse to go foreign! The standard headlights are sub-par, not good. And a CD player should have been included across the board... However, every other tangible about this CAR (not fake SUV!) is first-rate, sporty handling and fine comfort. BIG "marketing" mistake on the part of GM! Surrender to foreign interests, NOT good! But the car is a fantastic overall value! A "sleeper" that WILL be more appreciated in the future... Mine (2020 LT) in the brite Alpine white is a classy, slick, and very-cool ride!

I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

I got a gewat price on my truck, and they were great about replacing the parts that disappeared between when I looked at it and when I bought it. I am very happy with them and my truck!

We bought a new 2018 Impala over the Cadillac Test drove both. Impala had more interior leg and head room. My opinion their was not much of a difference in the ride or handling between them to have us spend 50K on Cadillac. Overall the Impala is a great ride plenty of power with the V6. MPG average around 27 to 33 I Highly recommend this car

Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

The passenger side seat sensor comes on and active the airbag light saying there is some one in the passenger seat is setting there when no one is goes of and on all the time

Love all the space and comfort of this car. Has good fuel prices economy and so far I haven’t had any mechanical issues. Bought it at 151k miles.
