My husband and I were very specific about the make and model of the car we were searching for. First of all it took me a while to know what make and model I wanted and I expressed this. So they would let me know when something new came in and I would say nope that's not the one OR when they found my Equinox I was yes that's the one! The trade in and purchase was done without the normal pressure of many dealerships and when I left with my purchase I felt like I had made a great deal. Been buying vehicles for 40 years and this experience was one of the very best in all those years. The people at this dealership are locals and they really aim to please. I recommend them to all my friends. My husband told them exactly what he wanted for another separate purchase and they found for him the very vehicle he wanted. Again the whole experience was timely, without pressure and we got a great deal.
Found our car here, after looking at other places. No arm twisting like we encountered in other dealerships. Cordial, informative, and let us think . Very good experience. Car needed some maintenance work right away (oil change, brake pads, windsheild wipers) but it is a used car. They were honest and suggested we have it looked at by a mechanic, and in this case suggested we go to a dealer in this brand because it has some unique features.
For the most part, I was satisfied with my purchase. However, the spare key to my truck was inadvertently "mailed" to the wrong "individual" and has not yet been returned. I've expressed my concerns pertaining to such with no results over the past three weeks. Timeliness is not a priority. Nor is the fact that the missing (but located) key to my vehicle, is in the possession of a stranger.
After stopping at 3 other dealerships, I bought my Lincoln MKX from Tiffany at Drennen Ford in Coshocton. She made the sales experience painless and was very professional. I am very pleased with my new vehicle and highly recommend Tiffany Johnson and Drennen Ford in Coshocton!!
Service department dose a great job of taking care of our needs and our car as well as customer service Great dealership.Every one is very help full and gets the job done I would recommend them and the dealership to all my friends and neighbors.
