Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

The service greeted me immediately upon arrival, and took care of my car. While waiting for my car, the service advisor kept communicate with me.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

Also worked with Cat to schedule that appointment and she was also a pleasure to work with. The timing estimate is to when the car would be ready was right on the money. Overall good dealership. Had an initial issue with a brand new truck that eventually got resolved, however in order to do so I had to involve the GM. Service dept is pretty good, but I don’t understand why they don’t wash your car every time?? They literally have their own automated car wash and porters, but don’t make this a normal part of doing business. This is one of the little (easy) things that helps differentiate service at higher end dealerships.

Had a 2018 that was totaled and my daughter walked away with some bruises. Get car to drive.Handles great. Great gas mileage. Will buy again.

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again

It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

Brandon Scott, Service Advisor at Scott Clark Nissan in Charlotte, was very helpful as I needed service on a “new-to-me” Nissan Frontier from another dealer. I spoke with Ashley over the phone. She was so helpful. She found me a car based on my needs. She went ahead and started the process over the phone for me, stay in contact with me about which day I could come etc. She made sure when I got there the guys that finished the process up for me knew I was coming etc. Walked in they was ready and knew exactly what I came for. We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

This is my second Malibu and I love it. My first one was in 2018. I live the upgraded and updated version. Anna is always great.
