We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Bought this car new in 2012. Just quit driving it with 373400 miles. Only replaced the water pump. Transmission was never touched, fuel pump, alternator, heat, ac still work and original. Maybe I was extremely lucky but this car was awesome.

Over all car is great. I’ve taken it on long trips. To get past the auto stop. Put the car in L and go to 6. It takes some time getting used to ,but it works. By doing this you will save your battery and starter. Car looks awesome detailed too. I get about 28 miles on the highway and around 26 in city. It’s reliable.

I was moving to Seattle from abroad. My brother found a car that was perfect for me on Del Sol's website. He spoke with Luis in sales and Luis was able to work it out that I could give a deposit to hold the vehicle as I traveled. When I arrived, the process was clean and quick. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Got 104k miles . Did the recall with the power steering. Oil change 2x a year. Just a great car for me. Someone with skinny arms can change the headlight without taking off the whole front.

This Malibu 1.5 handles better than any car I've ever have even when in heavy rain. The turbo engine takes off like a rocket to get away from terrible drivers on toll roads. I have extra trunk capacity, leg room, super comfortable. The batteries need to be replaced about every 3 years though. There was a recall on the fuel injection modulator for this year. I had to order the replacement part from a private part store due to a shortage of that replacement part. The dealership installed it for me since they had no part to offer. I have had no other problems with this car, very low maintenance required. It is absolutely beautiful, fantastic, and fun to drive!
