Carey has been my service advisor for the last couple of years prior to that it was a lady by the name of Kim either way service is always excellent they got me in and out first thing in the morning on Saturday but about an hour and a half they offered me some options cuz I was actually early by about a month and they took good care of me only thing was they couldn't find a filter for my 2018 Ford titanium but that's okay they did my tires they did the inspections which since I bought it there was free and I paid for the emissions overall great experience as always

He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.
